In February 2016 Pennine Physio celebrated 10 years in business.
We celebrated in our newly renovated clinic with many friends and family.
Thanks so much to everyone who came along to help us celebrate and to everyone who sent good wishes, cards and gifts, which were all unnecessary but we are so touched by your kindness.
Congratulations to the winners of our free prize draw for a 1 hour sports massage and a foam roller.
We appreciate the support and confidence that our customers and friends have in Pennine Physio and we are looking forward to the next 10 years.
We have more to give!
Karen, Aideen, Anne, Alicia, Sharon, Kay and Hilary.

Morning Pilates Sessions

by maintenance in News, Pilates 0 comments 1992

We’re running a series of early morning Pilates sessions. Starting at 8.00am each Wednesday the classes quickly filled up. Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle-strength, flexibility and posture. It is suitable for people of all ages and abilities. We’ll post details of our next series of classes here on our website.

We’ve sponsored and taken part in the Colne Valley Mountain Bike Challenge that raises funds for Golcar Scouts for several years now. This year we provided sports massage to tired legs at the finish to raise funds for Holmfirth Macmillan Cancer Support Group.

We raised a total of £110, which Karen presented to Gerry Beaumond, Chairperson of the Group, at our clinic on Lewisham Road, Slaithwaite.
